More traditional spring skies - flocks of migrating storks, pelicans, cranes, alpine swifts and swallows, myriad raptors and song birds travelling over Israel on their long journeys between Africa and Eurasia. A sure sign Pesah is almost here. Such a joy to look up to the sky and see the birds doing their thing as they do every spring come war or covid and whatever other crazy thing is turning our human lives upside down.
